VWA Promotion News April 2024

Some exciting promotion news for the VWA team this week...

Congratulations to Rosa who has just been promoted to Principal Consultant and Divisional Lead!

Rosa joined VWA back in 2001 as a Consultant with the then temp team, later transferring to perms. From the beginning her she has shown conspicuous agility and capacity to work smart, delivering for her clients with a minimum of unnecessary steps and forging long-term relationships. Her expertise is greatly appreciated by VWA!

Also congratulations to Felicity on her promotion to Principal Consultant and Divisional Lead!

Flick joined VWA in 2018, and soon made it clear she was as committed to filling roles as she was to never compromising on standards. Over time she formed the core group of consultants who took the business through the pandemic, and her commercial and training successes saw her progress to Principal Consultant last year. She has continued down this path, and VWA if proud to have her exercising ever greater leadership within the team.

And finally, congratulations to Hannah on her promotion to Head of Research and Administration!

Hannah joined VWA as a Research Consultant back in 2016. Since then her forensic skill at headhunting and dedication to ensuring our candidates are the right long-term fit for their roles have been of untold benefit to the company. Her wider responsibilities have continued to grow, encompassing direct recruitment as well as the coordination and improvement of behind-the-scenes operations for the business. Hannah's high standards and desire to do any task well make her an invaluable member of the team.
