Rosa von Fürstenberg

Rosa joined VWA in 2001, having worked in the early internet industry previously. In 2006 she joined the Permanent division as a Consultant (now Principal Consultant and Divisional Lead), developing a loyal and varied client base.

Rosa, a pioneer in remote working, spends her time between London and Lisbon. With her international background and several languages, she is able to work with clients in different locations, using her German, French and Portuguese. Rosa is SHL-trained in competency-based and biographical interview techniques and holds a BSc in Environmental Biology and Tourism.

Prior to joining VWA, Rosa worked as Marketing Manager at Excite Europe, one of the top five internet search engines before google came along.

In her spare time, Rosa loves riding horses, meeting people and listening to live music especially Fado.
