Career Mentoring Modules
We can help you to build confidence, align personal values and connect your career goals – while identifying individual drivers with a holistic approach to your job search.
There are five different modules you can choose from, depending on your individual needs:
Prices on application
Bespoke, 1-1 session for anyone already scheduled to take part in an Assessment Centre interview; covering CBI training, researching the company, interview techniques (in-person and virtual) and preparation for group tasks.
Bespoke, 1-1 session covering CV feedback and how to approach situational interview questions and deliver high-impact answers.
This module focuses on coaching participants to practise answering typical competency-based questions which are tailored to their individual requirements. By receiving real-time feedback from an experienced Consultant, the aim is for participants to re-think how to demonstrate their experience, leading to meaningful and impressive responses, and ultimately growing in confidence!
This session will be with one of our Consultants or Trainee Psychotherapists. This is a creative space to delve deeper into the person and what drives them. The process will involves unpacking drivers and aligning with personal/professional goals.
