Felicity Ambler

Felicity joined VWA in 2018, not long after graduating with a Business Degree from Newcastle University. She joined the VWA temp pool before being invited to interview for a Consultant position. Despite never having considered a career in recruitment, she’d had a fantastic experience and jumped in.

Felicity is Head of the Temporary & Contract Division, responsible for its growth and development. In addition to leading the T&C team, Felicity continues to help place candidates into temp, contract and occasionally perm roles – anything from a day to a position lasting several years!

“I really enjoy matching up clients and candidates and it’s especially satisfying when the match isn’t obvious from a CV. I also love the long term relationships you get to build. Some of our temps have been temping with VWA since long before I joined. There’s a huge variety of reasons why they temp with us and they definitely keep the job interesting!”

Away from the office, Felicity loves hanging round the pubs and amazing restaurants of South East London, especially dog friendly ones with Simba.
