“Felicity at VWA was SO helpful and attentive. From the minute I registered with the agency, I was really looked after and I felt she really knew what I was looking for and did all she could to help get me a role. I ended up going with a different role in the end as it better aligned to my passions (so can't comment on the post-offer process) but she was so understanding and genuinely pleased for me. If I'm ever at a loose end again I will absolutely use VWA again and highly recommend them.”

“So so lovely!! Was placed in my current job in less than a month!!”

“I had the opportunity to work with Hannah King who placed me in a fantastic role. Throughout the recruitment process Hannah and the team were engaging and continued to maintain communications until I started my new role and beyond when I had been in my new role a few weeks in. The support and contact was brilliant. Thank you!”

“I had a great, albeit short, time with VWA and Hannah King and Hannah Otty in particular. Within about a week, they had placed me in a role which I am really enjoying. Both Hannahs took time to understand my needs and wants going forward in my career and placed me in a great firm that echoes those needs and wants. Hannah King was, and still is, incredibly supportive especially when I was ill and had to delay my start date. Incredibly communicative, realistic, helpful, and relationship-led firm. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for their next role. Thank you!”

“Joining the agency was a very simple and smooth process and I have been able to secure work within a few days of working with them.”

“Highly recommend VWA who found me a new job within a short space of time. They were supportive, helpful and responsive throughout the process. Special thanks to Hannah K.”

“I had an incredible experience working with VWA, especially with Manjinder, who helped me land my dream job. From the start, she took the time to truly understand me, my background, and what roles I’d be best suited for. She was supportive throughout the entire process keeping me informed, answering all my questions, and providing helpful guidance at every step. Manjinder was not only professional but also warm and friendly, which made the experience even better. Easily the best recruiter I’ve ever worked with.”

“For some years we have been trying get help in our growing business. After…”

“VWA helped me quickly land a great role paying the top end of my salary expectations. They gave excellent insight into the company and what to expect for the interview process.

Felicity is the specific agent in helping me land my current temp role and she has been so supportive and an absolute pleasure to work with. She also demonstrated excellent professionalism in handling the fact that I interviewed for a permanent role at a different agency that was taking longer to come back with a decision compared to what the temp role required. Ultimately, because of Felicity I decided even before hearing back from the permanent role that I’d rather continue to foster my professional career alongside her guidance than the other agency and decided to take the temporary role.

She has checked in to make sure I’m settling in to the new role and already set out the game plan for how we will tackle my career after the temporary role is completed.

I have referred 2 friends to VWA (along with other agencies I was in contact with) and each time VWA was the 1st agency to get back to my friends and begin their journey. They gather all the necessary information required from registration to make the process smoother and quicker even when a role wants to hire within a week or less. Truly recommend everyone reaching out to VWA to help with landed a role in London.”
