Our highly bespoke recruitment service is centred on understanding our clients’ needs and expectations. Our rigorous selection process enables us to deliver small, focused lists of only the very best and relevant candidates.
Your personal Consultant will take a detailed briefing and explore competencies and work-style preferences, as we believe a clear understanding of your company culture is an essential part of the recruitment process.
Our expert Research Consultants will conduct a thorough search of our established database, where we have 1000’s of permanent and temporary candidates. From there, they will decide if it is necessary to conduct a targeted CV search, or place an anonymous advertisement on various established job boards that we partner with.
From here, the Research Consultants will conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate capability and suitability for the job. Suitable candidates are then given a full competency and biographical interview, where we focus on understanding career aspirations, cultural fit, technical skills and behaviours.
Your Consultant will select and present to you a crafted list of candidates, all of whom have been thoroughly briefed. Alongside a CV you will receive a profile providing further details of the candidates’ competencies, skills and aspirations.
The Consultant is responsible for thoroughly briefing the candidate prior to interview, and providing client feedback every step of the way.
We pride ourselves on our ability to represent our clients through our deep understanding of your business and cultural requirements.
In the final stages, VWA will negotiate a suitable compensation package, organise referencing and conduct right to work checks. As part of our aftercare service, your Consultant will remain in contact with you and the candidate until the start date and beyond, to ensure a smooth transition.
