The Client:
VWA are working with a London-based boutique Executive Search firm in their search for an Associate to join the team. With their offices based in Mayfair, the firm partners with pre-eminent Private Equity and Investment Banking firms across London. This is truly an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial company.

The Associate Role:
Due to a growing number of clients and searches, the firm are looking for an Associate to join the team and evolve their own desk. Duties will involve but are not limited to:

• Working on approximately 6-10 mandates across a range of roles within different companies
• Relationship management with client and candidates
• Working with a highly service orientated approach

The Ideal Associate will:

• Have prior recruitment/executive search experience within financial services
• Have a highly team-orientated and entrepreneurial approach
• Operate with integrity, rigour, empathy and passion
