The Client:
VWA are working with a London-based boutique Executive Search firm in their search for a Researcher to join the team. With their offices based in Mayfair, the firm partners with pre-eminent Private Equity and Investment Banking firms across London. This is truly an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and entrepreneurial company.

The Researcher role:
Due to a growing number of clients and searches, the firm are looking for a Researcher to support the wider team. Duties will involve but are not limited to:

• Reaching out and contacting candidates on the database and external sources such as LinkedIn to discuss potential opportunities
• Supporting the team on existing and upcoming mandates, including preparing of shortlists
• Scheduling of meetings and interviews
• Keeping databases updated with candidate/client activity
• Market mapping
• Producing reports on market relevant topics
• General administration

The successful Researcher candidate will:

• Be highly service-oriented and people-centric
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have a team-orientated approach
• Be highly organised with a strong attention to detail

Additional Details:

• Competitive salary + commission structure
• Standard hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Hybrid working - 1 day WFH
