The Client:
VWA are working on an exciting opportunity with one of our long-standing clients; a boutique headhunting and advisory firm. Based in the heart of London, the firm are currently looking for a curious and proactive Project Co-ordinator to join their friendly and professional team.

The Project Co-ordinator role:
This exciting role will be supporting the Consultants and Research team in all administrative aspects of executive search management. This is truly a lynch-pin role where you will be responsible for collaborating and building rapport with the wider team, candidates and clients. Duties will involve but aren't limited to:

  • Using databases to pull together initial candidate longlists
  • Acting as the go-to point of contact for candidates and clients
  • Arranging and confirming interviews
  • Ensuring the team are kept up to date and aligned on changes that arise
  • Updating and maintain internal databases and spreadsheets
  • Supporting the search team on any event or marketing-related initiatives

The successful Project Co-ordinator will:

  • Have prior administrative support in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team-player with a muck-in attitude
  • Be naturally curious with a purpose-driven approach to your work
  • Be highly emotionally intelligent with the ability to build rapport with different people
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have the ability to prioritise efficiently and effectively
