The client:
A global PE firm with London offices in Mayfair are recruiting for an EA to join the team and support the Mid-Cap Team. This role involves supporting 1 Partner, 1 MD and aloso providing adhoc rest of team a when required.

The role:
EA duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Complex & ever-changing diary management (across various time zones)
• Booking and coordinating travel
• Processing and management of expenses
• Ad hoc administration

The successful EA will:

• Ideally have EA experience in a PE firm
• Have previous experience working in the boutique financial services
• Be used to working at a fast pace and to strict deadlines
• Be happy to be challenged
• Have excellent organisation skills
• Have a strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Have experience adapting their support style to different individuals
• Be professional, friendly and have a muck in attitude

The details and benefits:

• Up to £60k (depending on experience)

• This is a hybrid role and employees are allowed to WFH on Fridays
• Standard hours are 9am - 6pm, although flexibility is required
