Nick Coleridge-Watts

Nick has worked for or alongside VWA his entire career.

After completing a degree in History and a Graduate Diploma in Law, Nick became one of VWA's most active temps. We placed him with a global private equity client in 2012, and from early 2013 he worked in their Human Resources team. In January 2016 he joined VWA’s Temporary & Contract Division, and headed it from April 2017. Since April 2024 he has been responsible for companywide commercial performance and staffing, as well as continuing to work as a Consultant across all search areas.

Away from the office, Nick likes the theatre, cinema, skiing, watching rugby and cricket, and going to gigs and concerts.
