Melissa Woodthorpe Browne

Mel initially joined VWA back in 1997 as a Trainee Consultant. After some time away to raise her young family, Mel rejoined the team part-time in 2014, working her way up to Research Principal.

After joining the team initially as a Trainee Permanent Consultant, Mel went onto become an integral part of the team, successfully managing a diverse & loyal client base spanning 8 years. With a move out of London she took time out to raise her family, before returning to the business part-time.

Mel is SHL-trained in competency-based and biographical interview techniques and holds a BSc in Tourism from Oxford Brookes University.

"I love the people/human aspect of the job and helping them reach their work goals."

Outside of work Mel loves tennis and Pilates and taking her dog out for walks.
