The Client:
VWA are newly working with a leading technology consultancy, based in Potters Bar, who are looking to recruit Sales Research Associates to join their growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for career development in an established firm.

The Sales Research Associate role:
Ideal for a recent graduate looking for growth and development, you will be joining the firm's internal resourcing function. Working with a focus on the Financial and Capital Market industries specifically, day-to-day duties will involve but aren't limited to:

• Supporting the team with the internal recruitment of technology consultants
• Candidate management throughout the hiring cycle
• Maintaining and developing candidate and consultant networks
• Conducting commercial research
• Providing support to new business development

The successful Sales Research Associate candidate will:

• Be highly driven with a strong work ethic
• Be a confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Have strong attention to detail with the ability to work to pace and volume
• Have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
