Ruby Jackson

Ruby joined VWA in January 2026 as an Associate in the Research team. Her role spans candidate resourcing, research and administration, providing essential support to consultants across the business.

Before joining VWA, Ruby worked in the HR department of an independent school, where her role covered in house recruitment, HR and administrative support. She then moved into a business support role at a boutique software design company, before returning to education to complete her masters degree. This varied background has given her a strong foundation in people focused roles and operational support.

Alongside her professional experience, Ruby holds a BA in English from the University of Exeter and an MA in Environmental Humanities from the University of Bristol.

“I love learning about people and their experiences. I get to speak to so many interesting individuals, and it is fascinating gaining insight into the wide range of career paths and perspectives people have.”

Outside work, Ruby enjoys reading and always has a good book to hand for her commute. She is also a keen theatre goer and loves escaping into the countryside for a walk or a run whenever she can.
