Lucy Woodley

Lucy joined the VWA team in September 2024 and is one of our Senior Consultants on the Temporary & Contract Division.

Lucy’s responsibilities range from managing client relationships, supporting them with temporary and FTC hires, whilst contributing to resourcing new business and working on permanent roles. She also resources, screens, and interviews candidates, working closely with the research team to find new talent. Candidate management is key to Lucy's role on the T&C desk, building close relationships with our long-standing network of temps and ensuring the best match is made with clients.

Lucy comes from a fashion background, previously working in fashion sales and buying where she worked in both wholesale for a luxury womenswear brand as well as buying within luxury personal shopping. Lucy moved to London after graduating from the University of Liverpool with a degree in International Business.

It's incredibly rewarding identifying an excellent candidate from a slightly atypical background from what the client are looking for, and seeing it become a great fit.”

Outside of work, Lucy loves to stay active by running and cycling. She also has a special talent for making crochet bags!
