Grace Robinson-Tagg

Grace joined VWA in May 2026 as a Candidate Manager, a newly created role supporting with end-to-end candidate co-ordination. Her role focuses on helping ensure candidate processes run smoothly across the business, including onboarding and compliance, availability tracking, data management and maintaining strong candidate engagement.

Before joining VWA, Grace worked in project co-ordination and stakeholder engagement roles across corporate and government environments in Australia, supporting varied projects and managing fast-moving processes across teams. Grace graduated with a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of New South Wales.

Outside of work, Grace is making the most of life in London after recently moving from Sydney. She loves travelling, discovering new cafés and restaurants, getting stuck into a good book or film, and keeping active, usually with an early morning gym session.
