We are now in that time of year where Christmas decorations are all around us and the end of the year seems to be hurtling towards us. Firms continue to have a number of priorities and deadlines to meet before the end of 2023 with recruitment being in the mix.
This time of year though can bring prolonged lengths of interview processes, some of which may end up continuing into early 2024. A decrease in the speed of a process can result in a loss of momentum and engagement from the candidate.
