The Client:
VWA is working with a boutique Executive Search firm which is growing and looking to add a Search Consultant to the team. As a firm, they partner with world-class client companies that they believe in, and are supportive of, diversity, across a range of sectors, in both non-executive and executive roles. They operate with a focus on building strong relationships and being highly advisory with clients and candidates.

About the Consultant Role:
Duties will include:

• Working on approximately 4-6 mandates across a range of roles and sectors
• Relationship management with client and candidates
• Work with a highly service orientated approach
• Not focused on KPIs or targets

Required Skills and Attributes:

• Prior recruitment/executive search experience
• Team-orientated approach
• Operates with integrity, rigour, empathy and passion
• Care for diversity
