The Client:
A luxurious, sustainable and established clothing and footwear brand based in Burlington Arcade are looking for a temp Retail Assistant to support the Store Manager over the festive period. The temp would work 2-3 days per week and must be flexible on dates.

The Role:
Retail Assistant duties will include but are not limited to:

• Acting as a ambassador for the brand, you will be the first person customers meet and therefore must be extremely professional and friendly
• Assist customers with queries and purchases, ensuring they leave having had a great experience
• Operating the till and seeing sales from beginning to end
• Deliver 5* customer service
• Maintaining stock levels and a clean and tidy shop
• Assisting with the smooth running of the shop
• Ad hoc tasks and administration

The successful candidate will:

• Be available from the 20^th November - 8^th Jan (for two - three days per week)
• Be flexible and able to use their initiative
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be reliable and a quick learner
• Have previous customer service experience

The details and benefits:

• The opportunity to work as part of a high end retail firm during an exciting Christmas period
• Hours are 10am - 6pm
• Two or three shifts per week, days to be confirmed
• £12 an hour + holiday pay
