The Client:
A globally established investment banking firm are looking for a temp float Receptionist for covers of varying lengths. This is a great opportunity to work for a well-established firm with potential for ongoing work.

The Role:
Receptionist duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining an immaculate reception area
  • Meeting and greeting guests warmly
  • Organising meeting rooms and ensuring they are kept clean and tidy
  • Helping manage meeting room bookings / arrangements
  • General administration duties, as and when required

The successful Receptionist will:

  • Be highly professional, personable and proactive
  • Be capable of prioritizing effectively and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be organized and efficient

The Details and Benefits:

  • Up to £20/hour plus holiday, depending on experience
  • Fully-office based
  • Standard hours are TBC, but likely to be 9am-6pm or 8:30am-6pm
