About the Client:
A boutique (<50) professional services firm the heart of Central London. This business are steadily growing and offer flexibility and an excellent work / life balance to all employees!
About the Role:
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Accounts Receivable - inputting invoices, reconciliation, credit control and checking receipts
- Accounts Payable - inputting invoices, reconciliation, inputting payments and maintaining costs
- Data entry and updating Accounting software
- General administration for the wider finance team.
Candidate Specification:
- Prior experience in a finance / accounts administration position is essential for this role
- Excellent command of Excel
- Positive, team-oriented approach
- Experience of Sage Intacct would be highly advantageous, but is not an essential requirement
- ACCA Qualification / Part-Qualification is not required
Additional Information:
- Salary is up to £35K depending on experience and the business offer additional benefits including a discretionary bonus and private healthcare
- Office is located in Central London, however this would be suitable for someone seeking fully remote work (must be happy to commute to London when required)
- Start date - ASAP (Spring/Summer 2025)
