An exciting PE firm near Piccadilly seeks a dynamic EA who loves the IR function, has proven expertise and understands it's mission-critical remit. The firm have a positive and go-getting culture reflected by a sophisticated and international team - there is positive energy and things happen at a fast pace, yet always to the highest standards. The firm's investments are tangible, relatable businesses; there is a focus on EMEA and previous exposure to this region is advantageous.

About the Executive Assistant in Investor Relations role:
A mission-critical role, this hire is going to be fundamental to the team's success. A wonderful, accomplished, experienced candidate is sought who combines hard skills with social graces and high motivation and energy. You will be supporting a partner and an investor relations lead. The team travel extensively and you will work closely with the other EAs in the company, forming an invincible unit. No day is like another but the culture is respectful and, while you will be called upon out of hours at time, this is not the rule and will only happen in critical moments.

In the role, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing intense calendar and diary management support, focus on EMEA and knowledge of the region's peculiarity desirable
  • Coordinating and arranging meetings, including arranging roadshows and events and well as entertainment
  • Coordinating travel and all related organisation for both business and personal (including booking flights, hotels and transfers where necessary, multi-country trips and last-minute changes included, always with an eye on the current situation/ traffic/ weather etc)
  • The role is often client facing with organisational matters - tip top telephone manner required and highest level of professionalism in all communications
  • Organising and confirming meetings with investors throughout the world
  • Complex inbox management and ability to prioritise and re-prioritise
  • Ad-hoc administration such as expense management

Candidate specification:

  • A positive, can-do and want-to-do attitude to mirror the energy in the team
  • Investor Relations experience and an understanding of the function
  • The ability to multi-task with great attention to detail and joy
  • High level of organisation and administrative skills
  • Superb time management and the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise ongoingly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team-oriented and highly self-motivated, passionate about their role
  • Pro-activity, ability to teach and show new ways of improvement in their managers days

Additional information:

  • 9am - 5:30pm with some flexibility required especially during roadshows and travel
  • Salary £80K-£110K plus benefits (detail to be confirmed on successful application)
