About the Client:

About the Role:
This fixed-term Executive Assistant role is a crucial part of the London team, supporting up to six professionals including Partner level. This is a highly administrative role with a strong emphasis on seamless professional support across the team and wider business. The role will be hands-on, fast-paced and suited to someone willing to collaborate across business functions. Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling meetings (internal and external).
- International travel arrangements for complex itineraries, including arranging Visas.
- Desk-based tasks including PowerPoint editing, general correspondence, creating meeting agendas, overseeing efficient documentation, team expenses and answering and screening calls.
- Collaborating with other EAs on event coordination, including invitation management, expenses and liaising with vendors.
- Assist with special projects as required.
- Ad-hoc administrative support.
Candidate Specification:
- Degree-educated (or equivalent).
- Demonstrable experience as an Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant with experience supporting busy senior professionals.
- Experience working with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams).
- Previous experience in the financial industry is strongly preferred.
- Outstanding organisational skills and experience communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
- Strong sense of judgement and discretion and the ability to solve problems.
Additional Information:
- Salary between £55-60k depending on experience.
- 10% discretionary bonus.
- Fixed Term Contract for 12 months starting mid-January 2026.
- 1 day WFH per week.
- 9am - 5pm, flexibility to work beyond as required.
