The client:
A high-profile luxury and sustainable jewellery brand based in Victoria are looking for a Warehouse Administrative Assistant to support the HR/Ops team with the onboarding of agency workers to support the firms busiest periods.
The role:
Administrative Assistant duties will involve, but are not limited to:
- Onboarding and offboarding new starters using the scheduling systems
- Raising IT tickets
- Utilising Excel spreadsheets
- Data entry
- Record-keeping
- Document Management
- Maintaining and updating the firms scheduling system for all temporary and full-time staff
- Amending and updating daily timesheets within the scheduling system
- Managing the absences/sickness/lateness tracker
- Overseeing the site to ensure rules are followed
- Managing visitor passes
- Additional ad hoc duties as required
The successful Administrative Assistant will:
- Have a 'can do' attitude and have lots of initiative
- Be an excellent communicator, both in-person and virtually (over email/telephone)
- Be flexible and a problem solver
- Be familiar with Excel and able to pick up new software quickly
- Have some previous admin experience
- Be able to prioritise and work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Be available form mid-October, for at least two months
The details and benefits:
- Hourly pay up to £15 an hour (depending on experience) + holiday pay
- Standard hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, 40 hours per week
- Fully office based
