£15 an hour, plus holiday


The Client:
An investment management firm based in Mayfair are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the team for 2 months.

The Role:
Receptionist duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones in a polite and professional manner
  • Redirecting and fielding calls
  • Managing and maintaining meeting rooms (including the meeting room calendar)
  • Meeting and greeting all guests and staff in a polite and professional manner
  • Answering queries
  • Offering and providing refreshments to guests/clients
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Arranging deliveries and sorting post
  • Ad hoc administration

The Successful Receptionist will:

  • Be available immediately
  • Be avaliable and able to commit to two months work
  • Be an excellent communicator (verbally and written)
  • Be proactive and able to hit the ground running
  • Be smart and professional
  • Be a problem solver
  • Have previous reception/FOH experience in a busy office
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise effectively
