The Client:
VWA are working with a boutique investment and advisory firm in their search for an individual to provide support to a small team of investment professionals, along with some light office management support. Based in Mayfair, this established firm are looking for a self-motivated individual who is looking for their next challenge.
The Team Assistant/Office Manager role:
Ideal for someone with prior office-based experience, this Team Assistant/Office Manager role will be supporting 3 - 4 Investment Professionals. Duties will involve but are not limited to:
- Diary and meeting management
- Booking and managing business travel
- Complex expense management
- Document preparation
- Ordering of office supplies
- Setting up and cleaning of meeting rooms
- Supporting the Operations Manager with ad hoc projects
- Working collaboratively with other Assistants in the firm
The successful Team Assistant/Office Manager candidate will:
- Be highly organised with a "can-do" attitude
- Have a proactive approach to their work
- Be personable, friendly and a team-player
- Be able to prioritise efficiently and effectively
- Hold some prior office based experience in a professional setting
