Team Assistant/Front of House


£28-40K, depending on experience

The Client:
A venture capital fund firm are looking for a FOH and receptionist to join the team.

The Role:
Team Assistant/FOH duties will involve, but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for anyone arriving at the office
  • Keeping the reception and facilities in a professional and presentable manner
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Maintaining office supplies (weekly shopping for the kitchen and stationary)
  • Organising team events
  • Team admin
  • Research for ad hoc projects
  • Data entry
  • Quality Management
  • Ad hoc event organisation
  • Screen incoming telephone skills and mail#

The Successful Applicant will:

  • Be immediately avaliable/on 1 months' notice
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure
  • Be able to work with a high level of confidentiality
  • Be extremely organised
  • Have excellent communication skills and comfortable interacting with people of all levels
  • Salesforce and Excel experience is desirable
  • Have experience working in a small team
  • Have a high attention to detail
