VWA is working with a boutique, financial services company based in Mayfair looking to recruit a Team Assistant. This is a globally reaching business with a London-office of around 50.
This Team Assistant will join a close-knit group of Assistants, with particular support to 8 investment professionals across the business. Responsibilities will include:
- Diary management
- Scheduling of meetings
- Setting up calls
- Using Salesforce to update information
- Processing of expenses through Concur
- Broader administrative duties as required.
The successful candidate will be personable in nature, highly team orientated, organised and flexible as well as being organised and detail orientated. Applicants will have existing administrative or Team Assistant experience and show the ability to adapt to different personalities and manage a varied workload. Experience using Salesforce and Concur will be beneficial.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with previous administrative support experience to establish themselves within a successful financial company, and to continue building their Assistant career and skills.
Hours for this Team Assistant will be 8.30am - 5.30pm and the role comes with excellent benefits that include a discretionary bonus, 25 days holiday, medical and dental, pension and daily lunch allowance.
Kindly note that the company will be operating a hybrid model of working (Monday to Wednesday in the office, Thursday and Fridays at home).
