The Client:
A global private investment firm looking for a driven Team Assistant with experience in financial services to support at senior level (MD, Principal, Associate).
The Team Assistant Role:
As part of the wider Business Support team, Team Assistant duties will include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative/business support by performing, organising, coordinating and expediting highly critical and sensitive tasks, initiatives including personal assistant related work
- Collaborate with various individuals to obtain information and communicates to the executive and team as necessary
- Rectifies routine issues and follows up on pending matters
- Answer and screens incoming phone calls
- Calendar Management
- Travel Coordination
- Reconciles weekly expenses of assigned executives
- Conducts research using CRM and external sources
- Material and presentation preparation when needed
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Ability to interact effectively with management at all levels
- Possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF and research techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate both written and orally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain organised
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient in proofreading with strong attention to detail
The Details and Benefits:
- Standard hours are 9:00am - 6:00pm, with flexibility required
- Salary is £40-43K, dependent on experience
- Discretionary Bonus
- Culture: Office Christmas party, offsites, social events, lunch allowance of £24 p/day, non-hierarchical, open plan offices.
- Hybrid working: In the office Tues-Thurs (this is mandatory)
