The Client:
VWA is working with a boutique Executive Search firm which is growing and looking to add a Search Consultant to the team. As a firm, they partner with world-class client companies that they believe in, and are supportive of, diversity, across a range of sectors, in both non-executive and executive roles. They operate with a focus on building strong relationships and being highly advisory with clients and candidates.
About the Consultant Role:
Duties will include:
- Working on approximately 4-6 mandates across a range of roles and sectors
- Relationship management with client and candidates
- Work with a highly service orientated approach
- Not focused on KPIs or targets
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Prior recruitment/executive search experience
- Team-orientated approach
- Operates with integrity, rigour, empathy and passion
- Care for diversity
Other Details:
