The Client:

VWA are working with a hugely successful investment firm based in the City in their search for a Recruitment Coordinator. Working within a highly collaborative and team-driven environment, this is an excellent opportunity to join the team.

The Recruitment Coordinator Role:

Ideal for someone with some prior recruitment coordination experience, this is a varied Recruiting Coordinator role where you'll be working within the Recruitment Team in London of which there are 8 people. Co-ordinating and working across the different disciplines and roles of the firm, responsibilities will involve but aren't limited to:

  • Scheduling interviews
  • Keeping tracking systems up to date
  • Managing calendars
  • Co-ordinating live interviews
  • Management of various reporting tools

The successful Recruiting Coordinator candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be a motivated self-starter who works efficiently and effectively
  • Be highly reliable with a "can-do" approach to their work
  • Be naturally curious with the ability to adapt
