The Client:
VWA have taken on an exciting and unique opportunity with a sustainability-focused asset management company. With their London office based in the heart of the city, this innovative and high-growth firm is searching for a new Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator to join their team.
The Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator role:
Ideal for someone holding some previous administration experience and now looking for their next challenge, this Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator role will be working within a small, friendly and professional HR team. Day to day duties will involve but are not limited to:
- Interviewing scheduling
- Complex diary and inbox management
- Management of various recruitment systems
- Ad hoc administration
- Other duties as required i.e. generalist HR duties
The successful Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator candidate will:
- Have strong administration experience, ideally within HR
- Have the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
- Have excellent organisational skills
- Be a team-player with a collaborative approach to their work
- Be proactive with the ability to adapt to changing situations
