The Client:

VWA have taken on an exciting and unique opportunity with a sustainability-focused asset management company. With their London office based in the heart of the city, this innovative and high-growth firm is searching for a new Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator to join their team.

The Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator role:

Ideal for someone holding some previous administration experience and now looking for their next challenge, this Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator role will be working within a small, friendly and professional HR team. Day to day duties will involve but are not limited to:

  • Interviewing scheduling
  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Management of various recruitment systems
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Other duties as required i.e. generalist HR duties

The successful Recruitment Administrator/Co-ordinator candidate will:

  • Have strong administration experience, ideally within HR
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
  • Have excellent organisational skills
  • Be a team-player with a collaborative approach to their work
  • Be proactive with the ability to adapt to changing situations
