Receptionist with PA Duties

Our client, a leading property firm, is seeking a new receptionist for the next three to six months on a temporary basis, at which point dependent on how the company grows, they are looking for a permanent hire. Preferred candidates will have prior experience of managing a reception with PA experience being an added bonus. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a role working as part of a small, close-knit team for a world-renowned firm, supporting two Directors.
Interested applicants must be available to start the role on Monday 25th of October to allow for a 3-day handover with the outgoing receptionist.
The receptionist will be responsible for:
- Managing reception, meeting rooms (including AV set up) and a switchboard
- Maintaining office supplies, stationery and groceries
- Diary management for 2 x Directors
- Other PA duties
- Organising events
- Additional tasks as required.
Our client is looking for applicants who are friendly, intelligent, self-confident, and professional. Candidates will need a good level of IT knowledge including MS Office, Teams and Zoom as well as a good typing speed and experience maintaining websites.
This is an ongoing temporary role, with the potential to be converted to permanent, dependent on how the company grows.
Standard hours for the role is 8:30am - 5pm with flexibility for overflow if required from the Directors. Applicants should be prepared to be fully office-based.
Salary will be the equivalent hourly rate of up to £35k, dependent on experience. If converted to permanent, there will be additional company benefits including a discretionary bonus.
