6 Month Contract (potential to go perm)
Our client, a leading healthcare charity focusing on making healthcare a more enjoyable experience, are looking for a Recpetionist/Admin Assistant to join their friendly and collaborative team in South West London on an initial 6-month contract basis now that lockdown is easing.
For this Reception/Administration role, responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Reception duties, including meeting and greeting visitors and taking incoming phone calls
- Diary management
- Setting up meetings
- Ad-hoc administration
For this Reception/Admin Assistant role, our client is ideally looking for a proactive and team-playing individual with some administration or Front of House experience. Excellent communication skills are essential and you must be proficient in MS Office. It's a fantastically varied opportunity and you would get the opportunity to grow into the team as the previous receptionist has done if the role goes permanent.
This Reception position is based in the heart of Chelsea and would benefit someone who lives near the area as the role requires someone to be based in their freshly refurbished offices 5 days a week.
Salary for this Reception role is £23K pro-rated depending on experience and the role comes with excellent benefits. Working hours are 8:30am - 4:30pm, although if required the role could be pro-rated to 8.30am - 2pm or similar.
