Locations: across Central London (Mayfair, St. James’, Victoria, King’s Cross/Paddington)

Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am and 6.30pm


We have a number of clients seeking temporary reception cover in a variety of different bookings. We don’t advertise specific vacancies as typically these are filled on the day that we receive the assignment. However, if you would like to join our pool of temporary receptionists, please find some further information on the kind of roles that we work on.


Our Clients


We work with a variety of industries to provide temporary cover. These include a number of boutique finance firms in the private equity/asset management, but also span across professional services and some creative industries.

The roles that we work on vary from a day all the way up to bookings that can last months and even years. They cover things like sickness, holiday cover, interim positions whilst permanent hires are made or even just an extra pair of hands to help with an event or a busy week. Our temps often build excellent relationships with the clients they work with and will be asked back, often on a regular basis.


About You


These roles suit a variety of candidates including:


  • someone looking to subsidise a vocation such as acting, writing and singing

  • someone who enjoys the flexibility temping brings

  • someone who has a set period of time to fill e.g. before travelling or a graduate scheme starts

  • someone looking for a permanent position

You will need to be highly flexible, have excellent customer service skills and be extremely proactive.
