Our client, a global property investment company, with a beautiful office in Mayfair of 60 people are seeking a permanent receptionist to join the team as soon as possible. This is a lovely buzzy social office and the role will work closely with the Office Manager who used to do the role.
Responsibilities for this Receptionist position will include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting all incoming guests
- Proactively managing the meeting rooms diary
- Maintaining reception, kitchen and meeting areas
- Answering incoming calls, screening and forwarding on where appropriate
- Arranging couriers
- Ordering lunches
- Covering for the Office Manager over annual leave
The ideal candidate for this Receptionist position will have some previous office-based or reception experience and be bright, switched-on and always willing to go the extra mile. You must be confident and adaptable in nature and have a team playing attitude!

The hours for this role are 8.45-5.30pm and the role does require someone to be in the office 5 days a week.
Salary for this Reception position is up to £28K depending on experience and comes with additional benefits.
