Our client, a global property company operating across Europe, with a beautiful office in Mayfair of around 60 people are seeking a permanent receptionist to join the team as soon as possible. This is a lovely buzzy social office that has frequent company events.

The Role:

This Reception role will involve (but not be limited to):

  • Meeting and greeting all incoming guests
  • Proactively managing the meeting rooms diary
  • Maintaining reception, kitchen and meeting areas
  • Answering incoming calls, screening and forwarding on where appropriate
  • Arranging couriers
  • Ordering lunches
  • Covering for the Office Manager over annual leave

The successful Receptionist will:

  • Be incredibly professional and friendly as the face of the company
  • Be able to adapt to different working styles and establish efficient working relationships
  • Be a strong team-player while also being able to work well independently
  • Have strong IT skills
  • Have strong organisational skills
  • Have excellent communication skills

The Details and Benefits:

  • Hours are 8.30am-5:30pm, with occasional flexibility required
  • Salary of up to £30K, dependent on experience
