Core hours: 9am - 5pm


VWA have taken a fantastic opportunity at a boutique Asset Management firm based in Mayfair - our client is looking for an enthusiastic, diligent individual who is looking to grow and develop their career as an Assistant / Personal Assistant.

This is a brilliant opportunity that will allow a successful Personal Assistant to join a collaborative and professional firm.

The role:

As a Personal Assistant / Team Assistant you will support team of Analysts and Associates with gatekeeping, diary management, processing expenses and occasional organisation of travel. Further to this, there is scope and fluidity in the role to take on additional support from the other Assistants and this will give more exposure, learn and grow skills.

About you:

Previous exposure in an office environment is needed. Our client is seeking a Personal Assistant who is proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong MS Office skills and exceptional eye for details with the ability to work to high standards are essential.

This role is a temp-to-perm role. Core hours are 9am to 5pm and the role comes with super benefits!
