The Client:

VWA are working with an award-winning, West-End based property development and urban regeneration firm in their search for a new Personal Assistant to come on board and work with the team.

The Personal Assistant Role:

Ideal for someone with some previous PA experience, this Personal Assistant role will be supporting a small team at managerial level, of which there are approximately 5 - 6 people. Duties will involve but are not limited to:

  • Complex diary and meeting management
  • Co-ordination of travel arrangements
  • Document preparation
  • Expense management
  • Keeping databases and cost trackers updated
  • Supporting the wider team on projects
  • Ad hoc support duties, as and when required

The successful Personal Assistant candidate will:

  • Have some previous PA experience in a similar working environment
  • Be personable and professional with a "can-do" attitude
  • Be a total team-player with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
  • Have the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Have a highly proactive and adaptable approach to their work
