The Client:
A global real estate company with an excellent reputation and impressive portfolio of properties around the world are looking for a part-time ongoing temp Payroll Administrator. This role will be based in the firms stunning London office in Victoria.
The Role:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Payroll Manager with day-to-day Payroll admin tasks such as:
- Answering and assisting with payslip access queries and requests
- Answering queries from employees (largely via email)
- Monthly Payroll data gathering to ensure that all documents for joiners/leavers are collected
- Preparation on Recs to controllers
- Saving down all monthly payroll documents per country into the correct folders
- Recording and gathering monthly information for the year end audit e.g. starter and leaver number, employee headcount
- TAPAS administration help
The successful Payroll Administrator will:
- Have ADP (Celergo specifically) experience
- Have discretion and an understanding of the need for confidentiality
- Be a quick learner
- Be able to pick up different systems quickly
- Have a professional telephone and email manner to deal with enquiries
- Have a can do attitude
- Ideally have some payroll administration experience/strong administrative experience
- Be happy working in the office
The details and benefits:
- Part time opportunity, this could be a couple of days a week or a couple of hours per day, the client are open to discussing different options

- £15-20 an hour (depending on experience), plus holiday pay
