Office Manager FTC
Contract June to December
£40-£50K depending on experience
VWA is newly recruiting an interim Office Manager for a company who will potentially be looking to relocate or expand their current offices.
Applicants must be immediately available to start this contract Office Manager position - initially this will be until December, however there is potential for this to be a permanent role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities for this Office Manager will be varied and include:
- Operation of the office including COVID securing
- Organising the company's return to the office
- Manage a potential office expansion or relocation - experience of an office move project is essential to apply
- Develop office policies
- Budget management
- Facilities management including relationships with building management
- Health & Safety regulations
- Assist with organisation of company events
- Ad-hoc projects.
As Office Manager, there will also be some overflow Personal Assistant duties to members of the executive team - applicants must be flexible and happy to take on additional tasks as required.
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager with relevant experience, including office relocation projects. You will be an exceptionally organised individual, with strong communication and relationship building skills when working with a range of stakeholders. You will strive to maximise performance and be a creative-thinker and problem-solver. Additionally, you will have a strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office programmes.
Salary for this Office Manager role will be between 40K-50K depending on experience.
