Office Manager and Investor Relations

VWA is recruiting a unique and varied role for a boutique, financial services start-up - this is hybrid role covering all aspects of office management and facilities, with additional Executive Assistant and Investor Relations support. The responsibilities for this Office Manager will be very fluid and will require an adaptable person who can be accountable for a range of support tasks, including;
Investor Relations & Project Support
- Assisting with new CRM system implementation
- Attending investor meetings and taking notes
- HR and Compliance support to COO
- Building monthly newsletter
- Policy implementation
- Point of contact for potential investors
- Managing all facilities and building-related matters including Covid-regulations
- Data protection for any records filed
- Liaise with outsourced IT regarding any issues
- Office supplies
- Organising office events
- Oversee holiday and sickness records
- Diary management and scheduling for C-suite as required
- Board-pack preparation
- Arranging travel
- Expenses management
Our client is seeking someone who can demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and priorities, with efficient organisation and time management. You will be resourceful, proactive and engaging and enjoy working in a highly entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with a small team of individuals. Applicants must also have strong technical skills in the Microsoft Office suite and the ability to find and utilize new software and technology to streamline processes.
Applicants will have experience from another financial services firm and a hybrid role, ideally including office management, exposure to investor relations, project-support, and EA work.
Core hours for the role are 8am - 6pm and the salary for this Office Manager opportunity is between 45-58K depending on previous experience; this will come with additional benefits including a discretionary bonus and private healthcare.
