The Client:
VWA are newly working with an excellent boutique law firm based in the City of London in their search for a new Office Manager to join the team.
The Office Manager role:
Ideal for a self-starting and proactive Office Manager looking for their next challenge, day to day responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to:
- HR Generalist duties (onboarding, internal events, projects)
- Line management of a wider support staff team
- Finance management
- Overflow of diary and travel management, when needed, up to Partner level
- General office administration and facilities management
The successful Office Manager candidate will:
- Have 5+ years recent experience working in the legal sector
- Have prior Office Manager experience in a similar corporate setting
- Be a true team player with a "hands on" approach
- Have the ability to forge strong working relationships
- Have the ability to work to a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Be able to work autonomously and use their own initiative
- Be highly adaptable
The Details and Benefits:
- Salary: Up to 90K, depending on experience
- Standard hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Hybrid Working: 1 day working from home (Wednesday's mandatory in the office)
