Trilingual Office Manager / Administrator (fluent French, German and English)
Up to 50K Swiss Francs
Our client, a fantastic Hedge Fund based in Geneva, is looking for an Office Manager to join their collaborative and friendly team.
Fluency in French, German and English are required.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Organising couriers
- Office upkeep- ensuring rooms are presentable, organising repairs, liaising with building management and IT as necessary, ordering office supplies etc
- Booking travel
- Organising internal and external events
- Processing expenses
- Ad-hoc administration.
The ideal candidate for this Office Manager role will have at least 5+ years of administrative experience, ideally within the finance sector, and will have excellent time management and organisational skills. A proactive and team-oriented nature is also essential for this role, as well as good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Salary for this Office Manager role is up to 50K Swiss Francs, depending on experience and the role comes with additional benefits.
