Temp to Perm - Office Manager
45K - 55K depending on experience
This is a great opportunity to join a distinctive and forward-looking Executive Search Consultancy who are seeking a hands-on Office Manager who will ensure the smooth running of the office and supporting the Partners.
The successful Office Manager will be expected to fulfil a range of responsibilities. These are varied and include, but are not limited to:
- Office Management - liaising with service providers and suppliers, e.g. IT, landlords, office equipment suppliers and utility companies and ensuring management of facilities to ensure an enjoyable and smooth working environment. This aspect of the role will also involve maintaining of H&S and fire safety procedures. There will also be the opportunity to be involved in an office move.
- Accounting - assist with bookkeeping and expense reporting, preparing and logging client invoices and liaising with the company Accountant.
- Human Resources - tracking of staff holiday/sickness records, supporting Partners with employee staffing.
- Executive Assistance / Administration - proactive assistance in managing Partner diaries, meeting preparation, organising local/international travel, data and files management and updating of records.

The hours for this position are 8.30am - 6.00pm will some flexibility to support beyond this during particularly busy periods.
