Office Assistant



Up to £35K


Our client, a fantastic, internationaly Hedge Fund based in the City, is looking for an Office Assistant to join their collaborative and friendly team.

Applicants will need to be immediately available to start on a temp-to-perm basis.

Supporting a team of around 100, duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Meeting and greeting guests
  • Organising couriers
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Office upkeep - ensuring rooms are presentable, organising repairs, liaising with building management and IT as necessary, ordering office supplies etc
  • Weekly grocery shop
  • Booking travel
  • Organising internal and external events
  • Processing expenses
  • Ad-hoc administration.

The ideal candidate for this Office Assistant role will have at least 2 - 5 years of administrative experience, ideally within the finance sector, and will have excellent time management and organisational skills. A proactive and team-oriented nature is also essential for this role, as well as good knowledge of the MS Office suite.

Candidates with prior Concur experience will be preferable.

Salary for this Office Assistant role is up to £35K depending on experience and the role comes with additional benefits.
