Our client, a fantastic Hedge Fund based in the City, is looking for an Office Assistant to join their collaborative and friendly team.
Supporting a team of around 100, duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Organising couriers
- Office upkeep- ensuring rooms are presentable, organising repairs, liaising with building management and IT as necessary, ordering office supplies etc
- Booking travel
- Organising internal and external events
- Processing expenses
- Ad-hoc administration.
The ideal candidate for this Office Assistant role will have 3 - 5 years of administrative experience, ideally within the finance sector, and will have excellent time management and organisational skills. A proactive and team-oriented nature is also essential for this role, as well as good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Salary for this Office Assistant role is up to £35K depending on experience and the role comes with additional benefits.
