The Client:
A global real estate company with offices around the world and a London office in Victoria are looking for a HR Manager to join the team. The firm was established in 1978 and has both an excellent reputation within the market, and an impressive portfolio of properties around the world.
The Role:
HR Manager duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Being responsible for all HR processes in the UK and French offices to support the organisations missions and values
- Support the MD with of human capital management (HCM) and drive the continual improvement in all areas HCM
- Lead the recruiter management process
- Managing approved staff hiring with the business on an ongoing basis, including managing the welcome program for new employees and their reviews
- Implement training programs based on business and employee requirements and establish metrics to evaluate the success of these programs
- Liaising with HQ on global policies to ensure a consistent approach is applied globally
- Work with vendors, employees and their families during international relocations
- Evaluating the benefits program to ensure it supports the organisations goals, and liaise with vendors to ensure that the company maintains competitive in the market
- Introducing initiatives that promote a positive organisational culture
- Assist employees' in resolution of questions/problems in a timely manner
- Preparing all employment contracts, maternity leaves etc
The Successful candidate will:
- Ideally speak French to business level
- Have demonstratable experience and proficiency across all HR disciplines
- Have experience working across multiple European counties and their standard employment terms
- Ideally hold a CIPD level 7 qualification
- Have experience using Workday
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate and build effective relationships with all people
- Be able to maintain confidentiality
- Be a strategic and critical thinker e.g. be able to implement new processes and able to identify trends
- Have leadership and people management experience
- Be a self-starter and able to work independently and as part of a team

- Salary up to £65K, depending on experience
- Hybrid working structure with 1 or 2 days from home, but the successful candidate must be happy being in the office to meet company needs
