HR Coordinator

Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office
The Client:
A growing investment firm in the Mayfair area with a fantastic team culture and a strong emphasis on work life balance.
The Role:
This is a Generalist HR Coordinator position which will involve providing support to the HR team across a range of functions within the business. This will include (but is not limited to)
- Oversight of onboarding process - including preparing offer letters and contracts
- Recruitment
- Supporting across European teams
- Acting as first point of contact for all HR enquiries, including management of HR Inbox
- Diary management to HR team, including Head of HR and HR Business Partner
- Coordinating European support team meetings
- Arranging internal and external meetings
- Coordination of a range of projects - including L&D activities
- Ad-hoc HR administration and support.
Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience in a Generalist HR support role
- Highly organised with a muck-in and team-oriented attitude
- Strong administrative skills
- Some PA experience would be highly advantageous
