VWA is recruiting a new HR Coordinator for a highly successful, City-based financial services firm. This company has global offices in the US, Europe and Asia and has created a team-orientated and professional working culture, where employees feel valued and engaged!
The Role:
This HR Coordinator would support a growing HR team, and will be ideal for someone who is a creative problem solver, and enjoys helping people. Duties will include:
- Assisting an experienced HR team with creating excellent employee experiences
- Managing employee enquiries
- Assisting with administration of company benefits
- Connecting employees with training and support as required
- Maintain the HR database - including employee files and records
- Work with absolute discretion
- Process enhancement
- Support on HR projects as required.
Candidate Requirements:
- Strong academic background, including degree from a reputable university
- Prior experience within HR
- L&D experience desirable but not essential
- Able to build relationships across a range of stakeholders and levels
- Work with a high attention to detail and total confidentiality
- Be team orientated and highly collaborative
- Intellectually curious with an eagerness to learn
Other Details:
- Salary up to £38K depending on prior, relevant experience (and prior HR experience)
- Core hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm
